Sopa a la minuta

Start water, salt, pepper, celery, and carrots to boil in your big soup pot.

Sauté onion, and garlic in deep frying pan.

Add chopped tomatoes and ground beef to your frying pan. Add salt and pepper.

Add cubed gold potatoes to the boiling broth.

Cover the frying pan a bit to let it stew.

Before the beef is completely browned, dump the whole damn frying pan of ingredients into your boiling broth.

Stir and boil for a while.

Add a spoonful of raw quinoa.

Add a knuckle-full of thin spaghetti.

Stir and boil.

Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce.

Stir and boil.

Use the point of a sharp knife to put a tiny hole in the top, and on the bottom of a raw egg.

Moving in a spiral motion over the boiling soup, blow into one end of the egg, so that the white and yolk stream out into the soup.

De-fog your glasses.

Cover and boil until spaghetti is cooked.

Ladle into bowls with a shot of milk.

Serve with Saltines and 7-Up.
